Delivery

Same-day delivery across Gauteng for orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on suburb.

Outside Gauteng we accommodate special orders at custom pricing, quoted based on distance and order value — contact us for a quote.

Flower Care Guide

Trim 2 cm off the stems at a 45° angle as soon as your bouquet arrives.

Place in clean, room-temperature water with the sachet of flower food we include.

Change the water every two days, re-trim stems, and keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight, fruit bowls and heating vents.

Most arrangements stay beautiful for 5 to 7 days with this routine.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds. Where applicable, we will replace your bouquet at no additional cost.

Replacements are only considered for bouquets that arrive damaged, wilted, or are materially different from what was ordered.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to hello@saffronbuds.co.za, with clear photo evidence of the bouquet and packaging as received.

Approved replacements are dispatched on the next available delivery slot to the original delivery address.

We cannot consider claims for change of mind, recipient unavailability, or damage that occurs after handover.

Can I include a card? Yes — add a hand-written note at checkout, free of charge.

Do you offer subscriptions? Weekly, fortnightly and monthly subscriptions are available — speak to us.

Do you do weddings and events? Yes, we take a small number of full-service bookings each month.

What's your minimum order? R200 for stem orders, no minimum for ready-made bouquets.
